✧ terms of service

Please ensure you are comfortable with my terms of service before you request a commission.As the artist, I reserve the right to post your finished artwork, decline any commission for any reason, and refund you the full amount paid at any point if I can no longer working on your commission.
I retain all copyright and ownership over my work. You may not claim the artwork as your own. I will not claim the rights to character designs that are not my own.COMMISSION TYPESPERSONAL: You may use the art for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials, or printing for yourself. Posting the art on public platforms must include credit to @teajinie.MONETIZED: You may use the art to promote yourself on a monetized platform (YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, etc.), such as stream assets, a YouTube banner, or stream schedule graphics. A monetized commission is +50% of the original price.COMMERICAL: You may use the art on physical or digital items (merch, commercial projects) that are sold to customers. A commercial commission is +100% of the original price.AI POLICYUse of AI in any shape or form is prohibited. Do not use my art in AI (including Grok, Chat GPT, Sora AI) to train AI, enhance my work, or change it in any way.

✧ payment

The full payment must be made via PayPal once the initial sketch is approved. I will only accept CAD, please ensure you have converted your currency. No refunds will be provided unless I am unable to complete the commission, in which case I will refund 100%.

✧ process

Provide visual references and be as detailed in your initial request as possible. You may set a deadline for your commission that is disclosed in your initial request. I will take 2-4 weeks to work on your commission, and if it will take more time, you will be notified. If a faster turnaround is needed, we can discuss the timeline and a rush fee. I reserve the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.I will provide a sketch, which can be revised according to requested edits. After the sketch is approved, 100% of the payment is required before moving forward.You can request updates at any time. No major revisions can be made after the initial sketch has been approved. After the commission is completed, minor adjustments (eg. slight colour changes, small details) are allowed.FINAL PRODUCTThe final piece will be emailed to you as a high-res PNG. Additionally, I can provide white background and transparent background versions upon request. Credit to me is required if you post it on any public platform.
