Please ensure you are comfortable with my terms of service before you request a commission.As the artist, I reserve the right to post your finished artwork, decline any commission for any reason, and refund you the full amount paid at any point if I can no longer working on your commission.
I retain all copyright over my work, but I will not claim the rights to character designs that are not my own.As the client, you may use the art for personal use or display the work online as long as it is visibly credited to me. If you wish to order a commission for commercial use, the price increase is +50% of the original price.Commercial use means using my art to promote yourself on a platform (Youtube, Twitch, Patreon, etc.) for profit, or for merch purposes. It does not mean just posting on social media or using as a profile picture.AI POLICYUse of AI in any shape or form is prohibited. Do not use my art in AI (including Grok, Chat GPT, Sora AI) to train AI, enhance my work, or change it in any way.

The full payment must be made via PayPal once the initial sketch is approved. I will only accept CAD, please ensure you have converted your currency. No refunds will be provided unless I am unable to complete the commission, in which case I will refund 100%.
✧ process
Provide visual references and be as detailed as possible. I will provide an initial sketch for approval, after which 100% of the payment is required before moving forward.You may set a deadline for your commission that is disclosed in your initial request. I reserve the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.I will take 2-4 weeks to work on your commission, and if it will take more time, you will be notified.You can request updates at any time. No major revisions can be made after the initial sketch has been approved. After the commission is completed, minor adjustments (eg. slight colour changes, small details) are allowed.FINAL PRODUCTThe final piece will be emailed to you as a high-res PNG. Additionally, I can provide white background and transparent background versions (please ask). Credit to me is required if you post it on any platform.
